Fulfillment Policy

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, the following terms apply: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person or organization purchasing and using our services. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Agencymatics. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms are subject to prevailing law of United Kingdom.

Fulfillment Policy

At Agencymatics, we specialize in implementing operational systems and automations for agencies. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality, systematic solutions that transform agency operations. We take all feedback regarding our implementations seriously and maintain strict quality standards throughout delivery.

Service Delivery

We deliver our services through:

  • Custom project management workspace implementation

  • Automation system setup

  • Team training and documentation

  • Ongoing support and optimization

  • Digital delivery of all materials and systems

Portfolio Usage Rights

By engaging our services, you grant us permission to showcase the results and improvements achieved through our implementation as case studies for marketing purposes. Client confidentiality will be maintained as per agreement.

Refund Policy

We maintain a structured refund policy under these conditions:

  • Issues must be reported within the first 14 days of implementation

  • Refund requests must be accompanied by detailed documentation

  • Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete implementations

  • Full refunds are subject to review and agreement terms

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed implementations with signed completion documents

  • Cases where client fails to provide required access or information

  • Situations where client fails to participate in implementation

  • Post-implementation period (after 14 days)

Implementation Abondonment

If after repeated attempts to progress implementation, Client becomes unresponsive for thirty (30) days, Agencymatics may:

  • Declare the project abandoned

  • Retain all payments received

  • Terminate access to implementation resources

  • Cancel ongoing service agreements

Administrative Fees

  • Refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee

  • Early termination fees may apply as per agreement

  • Implementation restart fees may apply for abandoned projects

Project Cancellation

No cancellation during active implementation phase

  • No cancellation during active implementation phase

  • 30-day notice required for ongoing service cancellation

  • Cancellation fees apply as specified in service agreement

  • Partial refunds subject to work completed
